Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor cum Coordinator – Metal Structural Fabricator to manage fabrication teams and coordinate project operations. The ideal candidate will supervise workshop and site activities, ensure high-quality metal fabrication, and coordinate with project managers and clients to achieve smooth workflow.

Supervise and coordinate the work of metal fabricators and welders.
Coordinate project schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements
Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Ensure fabrication work meets quality, accuracy, and safety standards
Maintain communication between management, workshop staff, and clients.
Enforce workplace discipline and safety compliance at all times.

Requirements & skills :

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in metal structural fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/coordinating role.
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit to work in workshop and site environments.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred (higher salary for license holders).
